Module 2 and Module 4 CPC
For drivers who passed their test while in the Armed Forces, you will need to complete modules 2 and 4 of the current driving test in order to be able to drive commercially. This is currently £395 all in, including extra study materials to help you prepare. 15% MILITARY DISCOUNT = £335.
Module 2 is the case studies - scenarios and questions based on the theory.
Module 4 of the HGV driving licence test focuses on proving that you can work safely and professionally as a commercial driver through a practical, hands‑on demonstration. Instead of driving, you’re assessed on real‑world tasks such as securing loads, checking the vehicle’s safety, preventing theft, and responding appropriately to emergencies. The test typically lasts around 30 minutes and requires you to explain and physically demonstrate key procedures to the examiner, showing that you understand both the legal requirements and best practices for operating a heavy goods vehicle. It’s designed to ensure that new drivers can confidently handle the responsibilities of the job beyond simply controlling the vehicle.
